Keep Mums Fit was created by Kate Campbell, experienced midwife and Level 3 Antenatal & Postnatal exercise specialist, with the sole aim of delivering antenatal and postnatal exercise classes that provide a fun, safe and effective opportunity for the many women in Sheffield, who like Kate, enjoy the buzz of exercise and want to continue to do so during pregnancy and following the birth of their babies.
